The Sans-Rovira family and their ancestors have always lived in the Penedès and the production of wines and cava has been part of their history and culture. When they acquired the Grabuac farmhouse in 1982, they restored it, giving it back its splendor, and began the production of the LUDENS cava.

Maura Rovira, winemaker and daughter of winemakers from Penedès, reorganized, expanded and renovated the winery for a perfect cava production.

Following traditional methods, Maura Rovira maintains strict quality control, whose success is due to personal attention in the production of Ludens artisan cava to ensure that each bottle has a unique and extraordinary personality.
