Steely tones and slightly toasted notes. The aroma of lime stands out together with some hazelnut. It has a dry taste, it’s intense, rounded and balanced. The bubble is well integrated.
It’s perfect for fish casseroles, mushroom and meat risottos, vegetable dishes, seafood cooked with sherry and blue cheeses (Stilton, Picón Bejes-Tresviso) … and why not? A good bowl of stew.
To be served at 7-8 degrees
Preservation: In the fridge or in a wine cellar, always in the up-right position.
