Tasting notes:
It has a light yellow color. Toasted caramel and baked apple aromas. We can appreciate lemon zest aroma and a nice silkiness in the mouth. Its bubble gives it life and smoothness.

Gastronomy:
It goes well with baked tuna or mackerel ,tapas, black rice paella, chicken, grilled lobster and semi-hard cheeses ( Comté, Beaufort).To be served at 7-8 degrees.

Preservation:
In a fridge or wine cellar, always in the up-right position.
